Background
- Anthony has had over 30 years experience in insolvency and restructuring in Australia and the United Kingdom.
- Anthony was the founding partner of CRS in 2005. Prior to founding CRS, Anthony was a director at E&Y in Sydney and London for 9 years and a partner at Worrells Forensic Accountants for 2 years.
- Anthony was appointed Trustee of the Estate of the Late Rene Rivkin in late 2006. Due to Anthony’s forensic capabilities, assets of the late Rene Rivkin were uncovered in a number of offshore structures in various jurisdictions overseas.
- As a result of the successes in the Rivkin case, Anthony has been appointed to act as the Trustee in Bankruptcy in a number of other high profile cases where the Australian Taxation Office has been the major creditor. Many of these cases has involved tracing and recovering assets from offshore structures in various jurisdictions overseas.
