What if my complaint is not resolved with CRS?

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can contact the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) on TEL: 1800 931 678 (free call).

What happens if AFCA cannot resolve my complaint?

Should AFCA be unable to address your complaint, they will guide you to other organisations that may assist. Alternatively, you can contact ASIC on 1300 300 630 or visit for additional resources.

How long will it take to resolve my complaint?

Resolution times may vary, but we aim to resolve complaints as quickly as possible, and certainly within 30 days, depending on the complexity.
